E-Bike Tester 24V 36V 48V 60V 72V E-Bike Brushless Motor Tester Scooter Brushless Car Motor Controller Tester for Motor Coil

Product Highlights & Features:

1. Quickly test the condition of brushless motors, including Hall sensor phase sequences and motor windings.

2. Quickly detect whether the motor and controller use a 60° or 120° phase angle.

3. Quickly test the condition of the controller.

4. Facilitate quick wiring/matching of brushless motors and controllers.

5. Quickly test the condition of throttle and brake handles.

Product Specifications & Details:

Note: Power is required only when using the Hall sensor and throttle testing functions. Please replace the battery if the indicator lights become dim.

1. Motor Coil Test: Connect the three clips on the "Motor Coil" side of the tester to the three thick motor wires and rotate the motor; normal operation is indicated if the three signal lights flash in sequence. If a light fails to turn on, that specific winding is faulty.

2. Motor Hall Sensor Test: Connect the "Motor Hall" leads on the tester to the motor's Hall sensor wires and slowly rotate the motor; the three signal lights should cycle on and off.

3. Phase Angle Detection: If the 60° signal light illuminates, the motor is a 60° type; otherwise, it is a 120° type.

4. Motor Phase Sequence Test: (1) Hall phase sequence: (a) 60° motor, (b) 120° motor; (2) Winding phase sequence.

This step allows for correct color-coded wire matching between the controller and the motor's windings and Hall sensors.

5. Throttle Test: Connect the three clips on the "Throttle Test" side of the tester to the throttle wires and operate the throttle; the throttle signal light should cycle on and off. If it does not, the throttle is faulty. 6. Controller Testing: This instrument is suitable for testing various brushless controllers:

Connect the controller's Hall sensor input leads to the corresponding Hall terminals on the tester.

Connect the controller's main output leads to the corresponding main terminals on the tester. Power on the controller; the 5V indicator light on the tester should illuminate. If it does not light up, the controller's 5V output is faulty. Rotate the throttle; the six signal lights on the tester corresponding to the controller's signals should light up in sequence (in pairs). If they fail to light up or if two pairs flash simultaneously, the controller is faulty.
